Does anyone know in what country the picture of the guns was taken? India maybe? That’s what the gun control freaks want to happen here in the USA.
Dude, just out of interest, can you not see the other side of the gun control debate at all? Like, not at all?
Shutup or I’ll shoot you.
i see you guys like guns but its is for the best to destroy things that kill people… people = you!
Let me explain the reason we in the United States have the “right to keep and bear arms.” This right, which is spelled out in our founding document, is NOT about hunting game or feeding your family. It is about defending yourself either from local criminal elements or more importantly it allows the citizenry to be armed in the unfortunate event that we have to take up arms against our own tyrannical government. The signers of our founding documents had just had to spend several years of the lives and the lives of many of their friends and family to overthrow just such a tyrannical government. As for the argument the we need to destroy things that kill people, people have ALWAYS killed one another, with or without guns. The guns are not the problem. Besides criminals do not “turn in” their guns. So if we have mass disarming of the law abiding public we will simply have a great unarmed population of victims.
The question could also be asked of a.s. “Can you not see the other side of the gun control debate at all?”
a.s…I can see the other side of gun control and it has no merit. I agree with Chris on this matter. I own a gun to protect myself and family from the criminals who get their guns illegally. If I am to be a victim I will be one who can defend himself. As Charlton Heston once said, “From my cold dead fingers”. To me gun control is hitting your target. So a.s you can choose to not own a gun and become someones target.
P.S. Just for your information a.s…Germany pre wwII took the guns from the citizens and was able to control the population because they had no guns to defend themselves.
I’m in Australia where guns aren’t so readily available. Most Australians don’t feel the need to own guns because we’re rarely threatened by others with guns. But I guess if I were in America where there are loads of guns, AND where freedom from the Brits was won with guns, I’d probably want one. Here, I’ve never really felt like I’m somebody’s target. It’s relatively peaceful. I can see the other side of the gun debate. It’s probably got more to do with where you live than who you are.
