Flocke is a polar bear cub who was born in captivity at the Nuremberg Zoo in Nuremberg, Germany on 11 December 2007. Flocke was taken from her mother, Vera, after zookeepers noticed unusual activity by Vera and also after another female polar bear at the Nuremberg zoo, Vilma, had eaten her two cubs on 7 January 2008.
Flocke received her name on 18 January 2008, after numerous submissions of proposed names by the public. Flocke, or “flake” (as in “snowflake”) in English, was the name first given the female cub by her zookeepers.

Oh my she’s so cute!!! Luckily I stumbled on this
Wait till he grows up and becomes a BAD MAMMA JAMMA!!! Claws, watch out!
Sweet, It was named on my birthday.
OMG!!! he is the cutest mutch more cute than newborn child.
It looks like a dog in some of those pictures!
newborn babies are fuck ugly compared this cuddly bear
Wow. This is so cute? Where can I get my very own pet Polar Bear? If only I could and it would never get old and large.
OMG! I so need a polar bear. That is cuter than 100 bunnies and puppies in a large ball. Of course, the puppies would try to eat the bunnies, so maybe that’s not that cute after all.
beauty at its best , one of the nature’s gift
there can be nothing more beautiful than this one
yeah well the other mom ate her two cubs on my birthday
You can’t get any cuter than that, now can you?
i want one!!!
I love ice dogs! I love this dog.
Why is this cub being handled so much and brought up with toys and blankes? They expect itm to survive when they release it back into the wild? That is cruel. 9 will get you 10 it ends up going to a zoo because it is too trusting of humans and is not being brought up in an environment close to it’s natural one where it can be taught to hunt and use a den.

Take your PETA spewing crap and shove it. They are at a zoo. They didn’t find it out in the wild. Idiot.
They should take a picture of it next to a coke bottle.
Unlike grizzly bears, polar bears are not territorial. Although stereotyped as being voraciously aggressive, they are normally cautious in confrontations, and often choose to escape rather than fight.
Fat polar bears rarely attack humans unless severely provoked, whereas hungry polar bears are extremely unpredictable and are known to kill and sometimes eat humans. Polar bears are stealth hunters, and the victim is often unaware of the bear’s presence until the attack is underway. Whereas brown bears often maul a person and then leave, polar bear attacks are almost always fatal.
The name of the city is Nürnberg. You can also write Nuernberg
Can i just point out that at the top it says “born in captivity at the Nuremberg Zoo in Nuremberg, Germany on 11 December 2007″ when but shortly after it says “Vilma, had eaten her two cubs on 7 January 2008″
Now to me that looks like there may have been a slight error in the number? Am i correct?
